Fedex was one of the few firms helping Pooki's Mahi handle 2018's supply chain FUBAR. The logistics teams assigned to Pooki's Mahi account took my feedback to fix transportation issues. Competing logistics firms lack integrity, refuse to address issues, missing technology (API), pay for performance, engage in cybercriminal activities, and employ aggressive sales individuals. Pooki's Mahi requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), a COI renewal statement dating at least one year prior, a current reseller permit, cyber policy and pay for performance. 99% of interested firms flunk Pooki's Mahi diligence process. Firms unable to provide a COI, a COI renewal statement, reseller permit, and cyber policy are automatically rejected by Pooki's Mahi compliance teams.
