Owned by John Reinke, Hunter Whirley and Steven Spaulding, FPC of Riverwood will specialize in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Engineering and Project Management.
All three partners are US Army veterans and bring significant leadership, process orientation and energy to the executive search process. They will be responsible for projects that include executive search, custom talent acquisition projects, talent pipeline assessment and management, hiring process evaluation, process mapping and succession planning.
After earning his BS in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, John served as an Infantry Officer for eight years. He began his corporate career in Operations and Logistics at Textron Specialized Vehicles and subsequently moved to Bennett Distribution Services.
Steven is also a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point earning a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and also earned his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in New England. After serving in the Military as a Captain, Steven was the Assistant Athletic Director for Leadership at Dartmouth College as well as a Procurement Officer at Alcatel Telecommunications.
Hunter is a graduate of the University of North Texas. He served nine years in the U.S. Army prior to entering the corporate world. Hunter has experience at Textron Specialized Vehicles and Morgan Advanced Materials in Product Management and Operations Leadership.
