We are part of Nature and therefore need to respect and love it as we can respect and love ourselves.

“Spark and the Falcon: The Mystical Adventures of a Little Girl in Red Rock Country” (published by Balboa Press) tells the story of the titular protagonist, Spark, and her mystical adventures in Sedona, Ariz. It is here where she meets her mysterious friend, a bird full of wisdom: Falcon.
Author France Trudeau says she was inspired by Dr. Wayne Dyer, who was a main speaker at a writer’s workshop she attended: “I was all ears and my solar plexus started drumming, which was a sign that I needed to pay attention. The fact is, that from that moment on, I was so inspired that synchronistic events started to happen as soon as I returned home.”
Told through the perspective of young Spark, readers get a sense of the awe she feels through nature; through her experiences, readers will find their own spirituality enriched by the wonder and wisdom of nature.
“We have an individual responsibility towards ourselves and our actions,” Trudeau says. “We are part of Nature and therefore need to respect and love it as we can respect and love ourselves.” With “Spark and the Falcon,” Trudeau hopes to bring that respect back to nature.
