FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in North America announces Ted Taylor as Director of Client Onboarding for the MidAtlantic Region. In this role, Taylor will work directly with the client onboarding team, managers, and executives to ensure that each new client onboarding process is optimized, ensuring new communities are provided with all proper information throughout the new client onboarding process.
Previously, Ted Taylor was the Client Support Manager for the region where he was instrumental in building the IT department, developing its standards and practices, managing its associates, and improving usability, communication, and security for all data and functionality. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Taylor had a successful career in IT with a broad range of companies from national brands to small company environments. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts from West Chester University.
