Orlando, FL (PRWEB) August 04, 2014
Funds2Orgs has rapidly become one of the fastest growing fundraising companies in the United States. The for profit social enterprise strategy of collecting gently worn used shoes and paying the charities, schools, civic groups for their efforts has become an innovative, calorie free way to fundraise with high returns.
“The uniqueness of our model exemplifies our commitment to our social enterprise,” said Wayne Elsey, Founder and Chief Executive officer of Funds2Orgs parent company, Wayne Elsey Enterprises.
“Funds2Orgs exemplifies 4 pillars to our model: 1) We create engaging events for charities, schools and civic groups to raise money by doing our shoe drive fundraiser, for example, 2) We employ a growing team, 3) We create hope and opportunities for our worldwide microenterprise partners that sell the shoes on the streets in developing nations, and 4) we are conscience stewards for our environment by keeping unwanted shoes out of the landfills.”
To continue to facilitate our commitment to service, prepare for the remainder of 2014, and better support the thousands of participants facilitating our shoe drive fundraisers, the following organizational changes have been made:
Ryan Ruddy, Kathryn Farah, Earl Foxx, and Renee Glass have joined our sales team and will cover various territories in the United States.
“We have completed our expansion of our office which doubles our footprint in our Word Headquarters in Orlando, Florida. In addition we have more than doubled our sales team,” added Elsey.
“We have condensed territory size to further our commitment to service," said Tom Henderson, Chief Fundraising Strategist.
Roschel Damitan, Carrine Marie Faytaren, and Charmaine Faytaren are the most recent additions to our telemarketing team.
”These additions will strengthen our market position and support the huge growth we are planning for the second half of this year,” Henderson added.
Funds2Orgs is the latest company that Wayne Elsey has launched since resigning from successful charity, Soles4Souls, which he founded in 2005 and rapidly grew to the top 1% of nonprofits in the US under his leadership.
“These changes further strengthen our team and allow us to have a focused approach to continue to grow our business. I call it stay in your lane, getting the best team members to do the best that they can to maximize the results. We have launched our str@tegic and 501 (c)(3) University in 2012 and Funds2Orgs in 2013. Our strategy is to assist nonprofits and for profit enterprises on strategic planning and branding with our str@tegic pillar, help them learn, grow and do more with http://www.501c3u.com and raise much needed funds through our fundraising arm, Funds2Orgs,” exclaimed Elsey.
