Corrine Siba will present a session geared directly towards organizations that are interested in upgrading their current ITSM initiatives. ‘Tools, Tools, Tools: Where Do We Start?’ will provide insight into solutions that will help deliver efficient, and potentially automated, integrated service management. The presentation will also focus on service support and how to incorporate ITIL processes.
