The science of projectile trajectory has contributed to humanity throughout the centuries, with innovative ideas that are used to this day. Such examples range from sports shooting to ingenious methods in the field of military science. In “Exterior Ballistics” the author George Klimi has created a highly engrossing and innovative book that delves into the study of motion projectiles and its significance to the development of the human race.

“Exterior Ballistics” is a highly innovative book that introduces readers to new methods of projectile trajectory. Its main aim is to teach amateurs and professionals in exterior ballistics of firearms especially in long range firearms and small arms shooting. It also aims to enrich the foundations of modern exterior ballistics and to lessen the complexity of physics and mathematics techniques in use. Some of the thought provoking concepts found in this book are the methods of determining the function of resistance of a bullet using range tables or the experimental data measurements of three or four coordinates at the points of projectile impact. It also looks into new and innovative methods in the science of projectile trajectory.

The studies found in this book on exterior ballistics are intended to find new and simple mathematical models and methods to predict the elements of projectile trajectory. This immensely gratifying and informative read is a must have for ballisticians alike.
