The Scavenger hunt will take place on Saturday, November 9th at 12:30pm with the start and finish line at Ateaz Organic Coffee and Tea Shop, 1575 2nd Ave, Upper East Side. For $30 per family, the experience will allow families to create curated gifts together as a team and dedicate them to someone of their choosing at the finish line.
Participants will race across the Upper East Side (20 block radius) with their families solving clues leading to the next location while creating their own Giftzzas filled with bespoke items.
The Scavenger Hunt will take families on an immersive adventure to their most beloved spots and some new favorites, allowing local businesses to benefit from the publicity, foot traffic, and social media from the event. Most importantly, the hunt will teach kids the importance of gratitude and giving. Families can dedicate their Giftzza at the finish line to one designated person and enjoy the gift of giving together as a family.
Additionally, Giftzza will provide each hunt participant with a Gratitude Superhero Cape to wear on the hunt as they race around the city as Giftzza Gratitude Heroes. "I believe that gratitude and giving are super-powers and I want everyone to feel the energy of the day with their capes" says Tran.
