Hennessy and SocietyX, a new members-only community and experiential incubator dedicated to uniting the world’s leading artists and investors through exclusive events, held two exclusive events last Thursday and Friday at an ultra-chic West Village secret location decorated with contemporary art by WhisBe & Redline installations by Allison Dayka
The first event, a chef tasting dinner on July 11 called “A Taste of Art,” featured a three-course meal curated by 2019 James Beard Award Winner Chef “JJ” Johnson for 50 VIP and celebrity guests. The second event on July 12 for 250 VIPs, celebrities and influencers, “The Journey,” included a private performance by A$AP Ferg, debuting songs from his upcoming album to be released at the end of July, and a celebrity panel discussion with Chef JJ, A$AP Ferg, WhisBe, and professional BMX athlete Nigel Sylvester.
Sponsored by Hennessy, the event called upon leading New York City vendors to create an exclusive, one-of-a-kind experience. Christofle provided the dinner settings and silverware.
