GlobaFone spends more time and effort educating people than any other SatCom provider. Period.
Portsmouth, NH (PRWEB) December 01, 2016
GlobaFone, the SatCom client care leader announces the launch of a program called ‘Ask Our Experts’. With ‘Ask Our Experts’ people can ask questions to gain key insight and knowledge just by going to the GlobaFone website and completing a simple on-line form. GlobaFone’s experts will answer the questions via a short video, personally notify the person asking the question and provide a link to the video response. The video will then be available on the GlobaFone website and posted to the GlobaFone YouTube channel so anyone can see the response.
"GlobaFone spends more time and effort educating people than any other SatCom provider. Period,” said Lou Altman, GlobaFone CEO. “If you have a question, I can assure you at least one other person has the same question, so as we build a community of people who are learning about SatCom, everyone benefits.”
The ‘Ask the Experts’ web page allows people to ask a question, knowing GlobaFone will answer with a timely, objective, accurate response, not a sales pitch for the latest solution. GlobaFone will then post the video response so others can learn from the original question. “Our goal is to increase knowledge separating fact from fiction and dispel the myths,” said Altman.
