Goessling USA Magnetic Slide Conveyors for Handling Ferrous Metal Parts and Scrap in the Stamping and Fastener Industry
Magnetic Conveyor transfers 100% of all ferrous material. A formed one-piece tray allows for reclamation of oils/forming fluids and eliminates potential for messy work environment.
PINEY FLATS, Tenn., Feb. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- For the past 27 years, Goessling USA, Inc. has supplied Magnetic Slide Conveyors to fastener and stamping companies throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. A new design was added to this product line which features a one-piece formed sliding surface that eliminates any possibility of fine material or oil to sit in corners on either side of the conveyor. The result is 100% transference of the smallest and finest material and zero possibility of oil penetration anywhere along the conveyor sliding surface. The formed sides of the sliding surface act as guides to keep material on the sliding surface (where it belongs). By utilizing a slight incline during the placement of the conveyor, any oil can be directed back to the conveyor entrance where the parts/scrap make contact with the sliding surface where it can then be reclaimed. As with all other conveyors designed and supplied by Goessling USA, this new design incorporates the same quality and durability that customers have come to expect and rely on for the transfer of ferrous material. Customer applications vary from plant to plant, which is why conveyor specifications typically vary as well. Goessling USA can work with each customer to design and manufacture conveyors to ensure the most productive, economical method is accomplished to get materials from "A" to "B".
