Vonetix 7 Voice will serve as the new platform for Microsoft to develop many of its voice self-service applications, which serve Microsoft customers calling for support on a wide array of Microsoft products and services.
Vonetix 7 Voice makes it easy for customers to contact Microsoft, and provides the same great experience customers expect from Microsoft products. By deploying Vonetix 7 Voice as the UC application and IVR platform for these applications, Microsoft now takes advantage of faster application deployment lifecycle on a voice self-service platform running on its Microsoft Lync product line.

Vonetix 7 Voice is a platform that can scale and flex to meet future needs such as multi-modal communications including Instant Messaging, web chat and video conferencing. Vonetix 7 Voice helps improve the experience and efficiency of the business processes used by customer service agents and leveraging Microsoft Lync for CTI/Screen-Pop capabilities as calls are transitioned from the IVR to the contact center thus creating a more responsive customer service experience. Included in Vonetix 7 Voice is Application Builder, a new tool that makes it easier for customers to create their own self-service applications. This, plus the lack of license fees for third-party speech engines, make Vonetix 7 Voice very cost effective.
Microsoft IT is planning to migrate all of its existing voice self-service applications running on Microsoft Speech Server today to V7V, which is based on Microsoft Unified Communications Managed API 4.0, making it easy to integrate with Microsoft Lync.
Beginning in 2004, Gold Systems was one of the first Microsoft Gold Certified partners to work on the original Microsoft Speech Server platform.
