Grand Homes won the prestigious National Gold Award for the Best Interior Merchandising of a model priced $700,000 to $850,000 at the National Association of Home Builders (HAHB) held in February 2019. They won the award for their Whitestone Model which are luxury homes located in Parker, Texas. Grand Homes received the award at The Nationals, which is one of the most prominent awards competitions at NAHB. "The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovation in new home design, marketing, and sales," said The Nationals' chairperson Kelly Kenton Fink.
The event was held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Grand Homes won against Infinity Home Collection, Toll Brothers, and Tim Lewis Communities. "Judges evaluated an impressive array of more than 300 product entries," said Buddy Hughes, NAHB's Conventions and Meetings Chairperson. "The competition was fierce, but these winners truly represent the best in terms of innovation, design, and functionality of the products going into today's homes."
The Nationals aim at honoring and recognizing the most outstanding works when it comes to residential real estate planning, interior design, architecture, sales, and marketing.
