The new phase of Portside is moving forward after a positive response to the existing senior living options, which includes memory care and assisted living.

The new phase consists of 134 apartments and 16 cottages with nine different floorplan options. Each option features low-maintenance layouts that are designed to provide safe, fall-preventative living. All apartments and cottages will be pet-friendly and offer cleaning services.
With the new neighborhood comes added amenities, including farm-to-table dining, an in-ground swimming pool, café, pickleball court, a golf simulator, fitness, activity and multimedia room as well as a full-service salon.
