All Team Members at Communications and Technology Solutions Provider Receive Bonuses for Surpassing Revenue Milestone
QUINCY, Mass., May 24, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Granite Telecommunications, a provider of communications and technology solutions to multilocation businesses and government agencies, announced today that it surpassed its annual revenue goal of $1.85 billion.
The achievement represents $50 million in revenue growth since the third quarter of 2022 when the company last reported its earnings to the public. As a result of this and other performance-based accomplishments, Granite has issued $1,700 bonuses to all 2,250 team members – the largest companywide bonus in the organization's history.
"While other tech companies are struggling with the uncertain economy, the Granite team continues to exceed its revenue and operational goals," said Granite President and CEO Rob Hale. "Not only are we helping our clients with digital transformation, but we are also adopting, and in some cases inventing, technologies and processes to improve our ability to serve our multilocation enterprise customers. The companywide bonus is a well-deserved 'thank you' for their commitment to excellence."
In addition to exceeding its annual revenue goal, Granite achieved performance metrics focused on improving the customer experience by significantly increasing the speed and quality of delivering and supporting its services. Granite has made substantial investments in further modernizing its customer systems and support to improve its top-rated service. As a result of these investments, the company has improved the average speed to respond to customer requests by 29 percent so far this year.
Granite expects to reach additional financial and customer-focused objectives this year, leveraging its investment in new systems and technologies to enhance the customer experience. Upon meeting those goals, Granite plans to reward its staff with another round of bonuses and incentives.
