New Greek Boston.com Website Launches for First Time Since 1998
Boston, MA (PRWEB) March 26, 2014 -- Greek Boston.com® (http://www.greekboston.com/), the top community website for Greeks in Boston and the greater New England region, today launched a brand new website design. The updated website design features brand new content, a completely different layout and navigation, photo galleries, local events and Greek festival pages for New England area churches, top music playlists from Grecian artists, Greek recipes, and much more.
In 2003, Nick and Tanya Stamoulis met for the first time, thanks to an event hosted by the Greek Boston® website. In late 2013 the couple decided to buy the website that always held a special place in their hearts and turn Greek Boston.com into the destination website for all Greeks in New England that they know it can become. Greek Boston® is now owned and operated by Worldwide Greeks, LLC®.
The purpose of Greek Boston.com is to provide Boston-area Greeks with all the Greek related news and stories they need to feel connected to the New England Hellenic community, as well as stay informed with the latest news and music directly from Greece. For instance, the new website design features daily news updates directly from Grecian news sources. Greek Boston® also puts out a Weekly Music Top 40 list that can be listened to directly from the desktop as well as from mobile phones. This Top 40 list features the latest hits from Greece and Greek musicians worldwide.
The newly designed Greek Boston.com also has pages for each upcoming Greek festival in the New England region, as well as the Greek Orthodox Church sponsoring the festival, so New England Greeks can keep their events calendar full! Other Greek events can be added to the new Greek Boston .com events calendar, helping promote the Hellenic community and culture for free!
"My goal is to turn Greek Boston .com into something that I can pass along to my children," says owner Niko Stamoulis. "I know the potential this site has and I want to unite the Greek community here in Boston and New England to preserve and celebrate our culture, our religion, and our traditions. We, as a people, have so much to be proud of. Greek Boston.com is all about Greeks supporting Greeks!"
Greek business owners looking to connect with the Grecian community in and around Boston can now advertise on Greek Boston.com. The site attracts over 50,000 visitors a month from Google, Facebook and Twitter, and has thousands of social fans and followers that are actively engaged with the Greek Boston® social brand. Greek Boston.com is also looking to build partnerships and cross-promotions with other Greek businesses in the Boston area. "I wholeheartedly believe that Greek businesses need to support other Greek businesses. We want to help the entire community succeed and excel in business and in life!" says Nick Stamoulis.
