Danielle Gonzalez, a shareholder in the Miami Real Estate Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., today moderated Bisnow’s panel discussion titled, “Mixed Use Retail – The Power of the Ground Floor.”
The panel focused on how the retail industry continues to evolve in South Florida, how multifamily and office developers are using retail to attract and retain tenants and residents, and the effect of the rise of e-commerce on traditional retail sales. Panelists included David Peretz; Founder and Managing Principal, East End Capital; Whitney Robinette, Director, L3 Capital; Drew Schaul, Senior Vice President, CBRE; Ryan Shear, Principal, Property Markets Group; and Scott Sherman, Co-Founder and Managing Principal, Tricera Capital.

She represents sellers and purchasers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of numerous types of real property.
