Timothy Long, co-managing shareholder of the Sacramento office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, was named a Top Labor & Employment Lawyer in California by the Daily Journal. This is Tim’s third consecutive year and fifth appearance on the list.

Timothy Long, co-managing shareholder of the Sacramento office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, was named a Top Labor & Employment Lawyer in California by the Daily Journal. This is Tim’s third consecutive year and fifth appearance on the list.

Tim is a Chambers USA-ranked employment attorney and the practice leader of the Sacramento office’s Labor & Employment Practice, splitting his time with the firm’s Los Angeles office. He litigates a wide variety of national wage and hour employment matters, including exemption, incentive compensation, independent contractor, off-the-clock, meal and rest, pay practice, and Private Attorneys General Act claims. Tim also handles single plaintiff and employee mobility litigation. He frequently writes and lectures on issues stemming from litigating complex employment matters, including class, collective, and representative actions. Tim is the long-time editor of the Practising Law Institute’s Employment Law Yearbook.
