Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Adam M. Foslid has been appointed to the board of directors of The First Tee of Miami-Dade Foundation.

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Adam M. Foslid has been appointed to the board of directors of The First Tee of Miami-Dade Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that aims to impact the lives of young people by creating affordable and accessible golf facilities to primarily serve those who have not previously had exposure to the game and its positive values. The organization’s goal is to provide the facilities and experiences that will enable children from every walk of life to partake in a game that teaches values for life and which can be played for a lifetime.

“My fellow board members and I are very proud to welcome Adam and Greenberg Traurig as our newest members of the First Tee of Miami-Dade Foundation. We look forward to working together to continue to expand the awareness and incredible services provided to our community by The First Tee Miami,” said Michael D. Wohl, chairman of the First Tee of Miami-Dade Foundation, Inc.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to serve on the board of directors of an organization committed to providing children with access to the great game of golf and numerous educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices,” said Foslid, who serves as the co-hiring shareholder of the Miami Office and as the administrative shareholder for the firm’s Miami Litigation Department. “I look forward to working with everyone at The First Tee of Miami.”
