Guardly, a leader in enterprise mobile safety solutions, today announced that Alex Asnovich has joined the company as the new vice president, global marketing. Mr. Asnovich has more than 15 years of successful executive experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, security and life safety solutions, bringing to Guardly a unique combination of experience to grow global brand awareness, generate leads and increase product demand. As the company looks towards aggressive expansion by the end of the 2013 calendar year, the Guardly team is adding proven industry talent to support its growth.

Prior to joining Guardly, Mr. Asnovich was chief marketing officer for Proximex, a Tyco International Company, the global leader in physical security information management and integrated situational awareness. Mr. Asnovich worked for Xtralis and Arrowstream before his time at Proximex. As vice president, global marketing with Xtralis, Mr. Asnovich oversaw all global marketing initiatives for the multiple award-winning suite of life safety and security solutions and company’s brands. At Arrowstream, Mr. Asnovich served as director of product marketing where he created and led demand generation and brand awareness campaigns and implemented highly effective customer acquisition and retention program for a network of clients with over $15 billion in revenue.

Mr. Asnovich also held leadership roles at Nokia and other innovative technology companies where he was responsible for marketing efforts for a diverse portfolio of highly-engineered enterprise software and SaaS solutions on a global scale. Alex holds a B.A. degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business.
