GW Timeshare Services has announced the introduction of their “Drop Your Timeshare in 2014” marketing campaign. The company hopes to use the campaign to educate timeshare owners on the many methods that may be available to eliminate the financial obligations relating to their timeshares.

GW Timeshare Services has announced a new marketing campaign targeted toward timeshare owners who no longer wish to deal with the rising costs associated with timeshare ownership. The “Drop Your Timeshare in 2014” campaign is designed with the idea that many timeshare owners are unfamiliar with the many avenues available that may ultimately result in the elimination of the financial responsibilities related to their timeshare.

Using GW Timeshare Services, many timeshare owners have already eliminated their financial responsibilities relating to maintenance and special assessments. The company uses practices that are financially sound for the timeshare owner, while working diligently to arrive at a solution that benefits all of the parties involved.

“Unfortunately, many timeshare owners simply do not understand what they are getting into when they invest in a timeshare,” said a representative with GW Timeshare Services. “We have worked with many clients who did not expect the maintenance costs and special assessments to consistently rise on a year-to-year basis. There are others, of course, who simply no longer have the time to spend at their timeshare. This makes it difficult for them to warrant spending so much money on an investment they no longer use with any frequency.”

Through this new marketing campaign, the company is hoping to educate timeshare owners who may be dealing with similar circumstances. Whether it is a matter of rising costs or a simple lack of vacation time, GW Timeshare Services believes that they can achieve a positive and satisfactory solution for their clients.

“Timeshares can be a wonderful investment, but the circumstances that made the initial investment a good one can rapidly change,” said the representative. “While it is disappointing to see a wonderful investment turn into a financial burden, we are grateful that we are able to offer services that may be helpful. We acquire these unwanted timeshares so that our clients can be free from their financial obligations and no longer feel burdened by their investment.”

Despite the recent economic downturn and a struggling real estate market, GW Timeshare Services has still continued to thrive. This is due to their reputation as a company that works very hard to arrive at a solution that is financially sound and beneficial to all.
