Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (PRWEB) September 30, 2014
After Hurricane Odile hit Cabo San Lucas as a category 4 hurricane, many of the people who call Cabo their home were affected. Windows were shattered, trees were uprooted, and debris was strewn across the city. Since then, however, the entire city has come together in an effort to rebuild and restore Cabo to its shining glory as one of the top vacation destinations in Mexico and the world.
With two resorts situated right on the Cabo Marina, Mexico Grand Hotels’ Marina Fiesta and Hacienda Encantada luckily suffered minimum damage from the storm and are set to open up their doors to welcome guests and vacation ownership members back to Cabo on October 11.
Being that the hotel’s staff both lives and works in Cabo, many of the staff members were affected by the recent hurricane. Homes were damaged, valuables were lost, and lives were forever changed. Mexico Grand Hotels values its employees and all of the hard work, dedication, and love they pour into the everyday operations of both of the resorts.
At Mexico Grand Hotels, family comes before all else, and the company believes that all of its employees and their families are part of the family. In an effort to assist its employees in getting the necessities that they need and helping them to start rebuilding their lives, the hotel group has set up a Hurricane Odile Relief Fund.
Mexico Grand Hotels sincerely appreciates all of the kind thoughts, concerned messages, and positive thoughts and prayers that so many have said and sent their way in the aftermath of the storm. They continue to work tirelessly to welcome back once again visitors to the incredible and one-of-a-kind destination of Cabo San Lucas.
