Benjamin Olive represented the purchaser of a $6,050,000 waterfront property in Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Olive overcame numerous title issues to get the parties to a closing table. Mr. Olive’s creative, out-of-the-box legal strategy, enabled both the seller and buyer to achieve their goals.
Nicole Villarroel successfully guided her client to the closing table of the purchase of a $6,002,400 triple net lease property in Daytona Beach, Florida. Ms. Villarroel negotiated critical concessions from the seller in order to secure an income stream for her client prior to the rent commencement date.
Stephen Hoffman represented the developers in the sale of a $7,500,000 new construction home in one of Fort Lauderdale’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Mr. Hoffman represented the developers in the acquisition and construction of the home, culminating in last week’s sale which brought the project to a successful conclusion.
