After an exhaustive search, the Hallaron Advertising Agency announces the hiring of a new Business Development & Brand Specialist, Nicole Farese. Since joining the agency’s staff in November, Farese has already become a major contributor to Hallaron’s new business acquisition plan.
Prior to joining Hallaron Advertising, Farese was the Business Development Manager for The Brand Union Middle East in Dubai, UAE, where she pursued business opportunities and managed client accounts. She has extensive experience developing prominent international brands for clients in the financial, energy and hospitality sectors. While with The Brand Union, Farese implemented marketing and sales strategies to maximize revenue. Before working at The Brand Union, Farese served as Revenue Manager for multiple four- and five-star Ritz-Carlton and Marriott International hotel properties.

Farese obtained a BA in International Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a focus on Systems Operations Management and French. Following her undergraduate studies, Farese went on to earn her MBA from the Hult International Business School based in Shanghai, China and in Dubai, UAE.
