The Halloween Night Haunted Carriage Ride set for select weekend evenings between now and November 1, 2014 will feature the Headless Horseman with plenty of spooky photo ops along with the Mad Hatter carriage driver sharing ghost stories during the 30 minute tour route through Palm Springs. Not to be left out, the Palm Desert Library will feature their Halloween party on Wednesday, October 27 and on the same day the Fifth Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest will thrill adults and kids alike at Forest Lawn in Cathedral City.
