MATTHEWS, N.C., July 30, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Chef's Best is returning to the Charlotte Convention Center Crown Ballroom on Friday, Aug. 9, 2019, and will once again feature one of Charlotte's best chefs helping to raise funds for hunger relief.
The 30th annual event, presented by Harris Teeter, will feature a three-course meal with specialty wine pairings for each course. The menu is curated by Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine, host of Food Network's Restaurant: Impossible. Irvine will mingle with the crowd as well as conduct on-stage demos for each course.
Guests will also enjoy a private reception, hosted by Harris Teeter, featuring some of Charlotte's hottest restaurants including: WP Kitchen + Bar; Roots Catering & Café; The Asbury; Merchant & Trade and Bar Marcel.
In addition to a chef-prepared meal and private reception, the event will feature celebrity guests, Maureen O'Boyle of WBTV and Jon Wilson of WCCB Charlotte-The CW, as well as live music, raffle opportunities and a live auction.
