New Publications Released by MetricNet for HDI 2014
McLean, VA (PRWEB) February 20, 2014 -- In anticipation of the annual HDI Conference in Orlando, FL, MetricNet has released two new publications. The first, and most comprehensive MetricNet publication ever released, contains the full Metric of the Month library. The second contains the full length recordings of their top rated webcast series. Each is available for a limited time and will be retired following the Conference in April 2014.
Several years ago, MetricNet began highlighting one Key Performance Indicator for the Service Desk or Desktop Support. They define the KPI, provide recent benchmarking data for the metric, and discuss key correlations and cause/effect relationships for the metric.
