HeadsUp Marketing, a local inbound marketing agency, is celebrating the continued success of their internship program. The program was created to support local students with marketing and technology-based career ambitions.

Created in October 2014, the educational internship program has successfully led to the full-time hiring of three outstanding intern participants. The goal of the eight-week program is to build experiences that prepare the new working generation for exceptional careers in marketing and technology.

“We are extremely pleased with the results of our intern program and can’t wait to see how it continues to grow,” said Laurel Bishop, lead designer. “We are currently in the process of interviewing our next intern participant.” The company provides program participants with one-on-one mentorship and skills development.

The HeadsUp Marketing internship program gives students practical, hands-on experiences that aren’t typically taught in a classroom. Outside of offering this unique educational experience, the company is eager to promote participants who have exceeded expectation into full-time roles.

An integral part of the company’s vision is building the community, and the internship program is an illustration of their support of local students with marketing-based career ambitions.

Today, the company announced its latest internship program position – for graphic and/or web design students.
