Holistic health and lifestyle coach and author Simi Botic has released her inspiring, female-focused guide to letting go of the limiting thoughts and beliefs that often keep women and girls of all ages tethered to unattainable visions of how they should look, act and be.

In “Letting Go of Leo: How I Broke Up with Perfection,” Botic shares her personal story of chasing perfection in the form of restrictive and binge eating, orthorexia and over-exercising and how she overcame those obstacles to live a healthy and fulfilled life.
