Heart to Home Ministry was founded in 2003 by Kirby as a multi-generational mentoring program to help Christian women connect and develop meaningful relationships, and to encourage spiritual growth and development. The principles of Heart to Home will be taught for the first time on a national stage at the inaugural Christian women’s conference to encourage women in their relationships, which in turn will strengthen their families, their parenting and their walk with God.
Joining the Robertson women and Kirby will be Jase Robertson, Mary Beth Chapman and Emily Chapman Richards from Show Hope, John Rosemond, Dr. Jared Pingleton from Focus on the Family, Mia Robertson of the Mia Moo Foundation, Tammy Daughtry of Co-parenting International, Jean Thomason/Miss Patty Cake, Shellie Tomlinson of All Things Southern, Pat Domangue, Linda Trimble, Jana Jackson, Leslie Fullmer, Josh Kirby, Trent Langhofer and Jenny Remsberg of It’s a Mom Thing.
Tracey Eyster, Creator and Host of MomLifeToday.com will serve as emcee. The conference will include praise and worship, authentic connections, powerful Bible teaching to equip women in all walks of life, moving testimonies from both women and men, and ways that generational mentoring can bring positive change in women’s lives. To round out the full experience, attendees will also enjoy a fashion show featuring items from Korie and Missy Robertson’s clothing lines and will have the opportunity to attend a fun-filled after party, as well as a movie previews.
The Women of Duck Commander – Kay Robertson, Missy Robertson, Korie Robertson, Jessica Robertson, Lisa Robertson, and Mia Robertson – have all been involved in and influenced by the ministry and principles of Heart to Home. They will be speaking in various sessions sharing their stories and how generational mentoring has impacted each of them in their marriages, families, and homes.
