Heyer Performance Developing F&B Program For Autograph Hotel Hudson Yards
NEW YORK (PRWEB) December 10, 2018 -- Heyer Performance Inc. (HPI), a leading hospitality consultant for hotel and property owners nationwide, has been retained by Shushana LLC to develop a food and beverage program for the soon-to-be-built Autograph Hotel Hudson Yards at 432 West 31st Street in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Danny Forster & Architecture, the 220-key boutique hotel, which is part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, will rise 25 stories with an all glass façade and interiors by the prestigious London-based design studio of Martin Brudnizki.
“This is an extraordinary project in one of New York’s most vibrant areas with a pedigreed design team,” points out Julia Heyer, Managing Director of Heyer Performance Inc. “Understandably, ownership is seeking a thoughtfully cohesive food and beverage program that will reflect and support a unique brand and offer the greatest possible guest-appeal.”
Slated to break ground in 2019, the hotel, which occupies an unusually slender footprint in Hudson Yards, will feature approximately 7,000 square feet of food and beverage services on three different levels. The plans include an outdoor terrace on the 26th floor, and substantial interior dining and cocktail space, some of which boast unique New York vistas
HPI is currently conducting its signature Five-Point Analysis™ and a guest experience path evaluation to determine the overall F+B programming as part of the hotel’s overall value proposition. Still in preliminary stages, the group is advising on programming and concepts that meet strategic and financial objectives.
Adds Ms. Heyer, “Once the brand details have been fully articulated, we will be able to focus in further on the curation of the hotel’s food and beverage experience. But considering the location and mixed-use base that already define Hudson Yards, we have many exciting concepts directions with which to work.”
