High Point Networks signs letter of intent to acquire the Value-Added Reseller West-Tech Communications in Pueblo, Colorado.
WEST FARGO, N.D., Oct. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- On October 3, 2018, High Point Networks announced their intent to purchase the assets and employees of the Colorado-based value-added reseller West-Tech Communications. The West-Tech Communications acquisition completes the High Point Networks mission to expand further into the Colorado region. Customers will benefit greatly from the expanded services and technical expertise the newly joined companies provide.
This acquisition, slated to be final on November 1, 2018, includes all assets and full-time employees of West-Tech Communications. They will join High Point Networks as the ninth location across a five-state region with its corporate headquarters out of West Fargo, ND.
