Hoist Embraces Full App-Redesign to Improve Both Functionality and User Experience

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 23, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Hoist is an all-in-one small-business startup hub. It helps users with marketing, payment processing, invoicing, and much more. Recently, the application has gone under a major makeover. Now, the new and improved Hoist brags a redesign that boasts better and smoother functionality as well as an improved user experience.
The first thing that Hoist tackled in their redesign of the application was the customer view page. In previous versions, much of the important information about any given customer would still be buried beneath tabs or extra windows. Now, all of that has been consolidated into one crisp and clean overview of any customer that's added. Even the notes associated with a given consumer or customer will be accessible from this page moving forward.
One of the next things that Hoist improved in the roll-out of their redesign was the payment process. They achieved this through simplification. A user just navigates to a customer page, clicks the 'request payment' button, enters a value, and hits send. After hitting send, the user will be able to customize a message if they wish, or if they don't want to text the client the payment link directly, it can be copied and delivered through any other medium.
Another major area of improvement that the redesign addressed was in the job scheduling functionality. The new features in the job-scheduling process allow for more flexibility, so users can update their time frame throughout the job process.
These aren't the only updates that Hoist made in their redesign, and they aren't done improving either. In fact, they have also recently rolled out a series of updates to the customer index page which also got a major makeover. If anything is for certain, it's that Hoist is dedicated to continual improvement across their entire platform and these will be far from the last updates to be seen.
