Local Real Estate Firm's Exponential Growth Coincides with Greater Augusta's Economic Expansion

Miller's real estate firm has more than doubled its number of full-time, professional realtors in the last nine months as his marketing area has experienced a steady flow of positive economic news.
In addition to some significant industrial coups by area economic development authorities, such as landing the big new Starbucks facility in Richmond County and the start of construction on two new nuclear plants at nearby Plant Vogtle, the area is looking forward to major population increases due to exponential job growth at Fort Gordon, home of the United States Army Signal Corps and the National Security Administration Center (2,400 new jobs).
Construction on headquarters for the United States Army Cyber Command will soon begin, a move that will add some 3,700 jobs (military, civilian and contractor) and a projected 5,620 more people to the Augusta area's population over the next few years.
