Robertson Homes will open new furnished models for viewing in five of its communities between March and June. The communities, located in Lyon Township, Lake Orion, Royal Oak, Milford, and Wixom, will include single family homes, detached ranch condos and townhomes.
In all, the 70-year legacy homebuilder has ten model homes available for viewing, and five of these are brand new additions. Robertson Homes invites all prospective homebuyers to visit their furnished models to help get a better understanding of each community and the luxury amenities and features available.

Tours of the Charleston model in Spring Meadows, a new community in Lyon Township, will start in March. The two-story Charleston is the 2015 Parade of Homes Blue Ribbon winner. With a base price of $269,990, it features 1,881 square feet, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a two-car garage. Among its highlights are hardwood floors in the foyer and kitchen, granite counter tops in the kitchen and a gas fireplace.
Also in March, a new detached ranch condo community in Lake Orion, Orion Village, will be open for tours.
