HomeValue.us.org Releases Second Quarter Customer Complaint Survey
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) July 04, 2013 -- HomeValue.us.org saw a huge drop in the number of customers contacting them with a complaint during the second quarter of the year, the company said yesterday.
“At the end of every quarter, we review our records to see how many customers contacted us with a complaint,” a HomeValue.us.org spokesman said. 'We are happy to report that during the second quarter of 2013, we saw our customer complaint numbers drop by 23 percent.”
Since the start of the year, HomeValue.us.org has gotten aggressive about taking actions to make sure that customers have no reason to have a complaint with the company, he said.
“We looked at the type of situations that led people to file a complaint with us last year, and then took action to fix those problems,” he said. “We know that no company can be completely free of customer complaints, but we are doing our best to make sure that there are as few as possible.”
The main factor in the decrease in customers filing a complaint was simplifying the public real estate records reports the company sells, the HomeValue.us.org spokesman said.
“Previously the reports contained a lot of legal language that some customers found hard to understand,” he said. “By rewriting them in plain English, there were fewer reasons for customers to file a complaint because they could not understand the report.”
