Food Lion Offers Customers an Opportunity to Support Hope for The Warriors in August
SALISBURY, NC (PRWEB) August 01, 2013 -- Food Lion is supporting wounded U.S. service members and their families throughout the month of August by offering customers an opportunity to donate to Hope For The Warriors® (http://www.hopeforthewarriors.org) at the register in select North Carolina and Virginia stores. “Food Lion is pleased to again help this nonprofit organization that helps wounded service members and their families who have given so much for our country,” said Joe Stock, director of operations and the event organizer. “These nine events and in-store donations will allow our customers to help us raise $650,000 to ensure these families have the resources they need.”
