Belvin Insurance Agency Launches Fundraiser to Help Local Man Battling Kidney Disease and Prostate Cancer
Houston, TX (PRWEB) April 05, 2016 -- Belvin Insurance Agency debuts the latest charity campaign in their widely recognized community enrichment program serving the families of greater Houston, TX by announcing their intent to raise funds for a local man currently battling kidney disease and stage 4 metastatic cancer. Lester Gabriel is a hard-working local man who is the sole support of his family. In December of 2015, Lester was diagnosed with stage 3 chronic kidney disease and stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer, which is also spreading to his bones. Treatment involving a combination of Lupron and Xgeva injections has kept Lester home for the last four months and unable to provide for his family. At this time, it is unknown when he’ll be able to return at work.
“The last thing Lester should be worrying about right now is how to pay the bills and provide for his family,” said Jill Belvin, owner of Belvin Insurance Agency. “We want to relieve his stress so that he is able to concentrate on what’s most important – getting healthy again.
