FIBERTOWN Creates Client Relations Manager for Houston Data Center

Amy Baxter will serve as the client relations manager, working as a liaison between sales and network operations center (NOC) staff to help manage new and existing clients.

Baxter, working out of the Houston Data Center, will oversee customer accounts, reach out on a regular basis, assist in upgrading cage and cabinet configurations, answer questions and connect customers with the right technicians within the NOC. This position is a high-touch, proactive role that will work closely with sales to develop opportunities to improve customer onboarding.
