FIBERTOWN, Houston colocation data center provider, created a new position this week within its data center sales and marketing department. Amy Baxter will serve as the client relations manager, working as a liaison between sales and network operations center (NOC) staff to help manage new and existing clients.
“This is a relationship business. Our customers trust us with their mission critical assets, and we are always working to improve the customer experience. Amy brings a deep understanding of our customers and their needs. She embraces our philosophy and is a wonderful fit for this role,” said Brandon Perryman, senior vice president at FIBERTOWN.
Baxter, working out of the Houston Data Center, will oversee customer accounts, reach out on a regular basis, assist in upgrading cage and cabinet configurations, answer questions and connect customers with the right technicians within the NOC. This position is a high-touch, proactive role that will work closely with sales to develop opportunities to improve customer onboarding.
FIBERTOWN focuses on providing superior customer service through highly skilled technicians you recognize and can count on.
Baxter comes from a background in sales, having served previously as a business development manager for FIBERTOWN.
“I’m excited to move into the clients relations manager role and look forward to providing ongoing support and building lasting relationships with our clients,” said Baxter.
