HTML5 Hybrid Mobile App Developers' Meetup Announced for San Francisco CA - Wednesday July 17 at 7PM
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) July 08, 2013 -- Michael Smith, AppGyver's community coordinator said that "Our San Francisco MeetUp received more than 40 confirmations in just a few days."
The founder and CEO of AppGyver, Marko Lehtimaki, will host the event, Marko will be explaining the basics of AppGyver Steroids, the new HTML5 development platform that develops PhoneGap (a.k.a. Cordova) based apps much faster. The Steroids breakthrough allows mobile app programmers to build HTML5 hybrid apps that are often indistinguishable from a native app user experience. AppGyver projects can designed, prototyped, built and published to both Android and Apple app stores faster than ever before.
Smith said that "...each time Marko demonstrates some of our existing and upcoming features, it creates quite a stir with HTML5 and PhoneGap developers who did not realize how far they can take their hybrid apps."
At the meetup, Marko will also demo JavaScript framework and Steroids.js, which extends hybrid apps with features such as native UI APIs, faster PhoneGap APIs and more.
Smith said, "Marko will also build a basic app, get it running on a simulator and distribute it to participants of the meetup wirelessly. We have real hands-on demos."
Local entrepreneurs, designers and developers can enroll in the free event through the meetup.com signup page established for the event {here}.
