(PRWEB) October 31, 2016 -- iConstituent today announced launch of a new brand image - including a new iconstituent.com and company logo. The government constituent relationship management (CRM) software provider works with hundreds of government offices throughout the U.S., and brought the first e-newsletter product to Congress in 2003.
“As a pioneer in the government technology space, our role is to continue breaking ground in how representatives connect with the people they serve,” said iConstituent CTO Jeff Green. “Our new brand represents the future of government software and how leaders will use technology to make government more approachable and efficient.”
The rebranding, which spanned iConstituent’s print materials and social media as well as the website and logo, included detailed user feedback and rewriting of much of the company’s online content. The company sought to increase its appeal to the government professionals who handle millions of issues for constituents every year.
iConstituent’s rebranding comes as the company has made huge strides in upgrading its core products to stay ahead of the competition, including new Email Threading for its government CRM, and expanded social media integrations in its eNewsletter Plus product.
“We want to connect people and government without the problem of clunky software, and in a way that constituents can trust that nothing will fall through the cracks,” said iConstituent CEO Zain Khan. Khan said continuous technology improvement sets the company apart.
“As we continue to push government software forward, we wanted a website and brand that spoke to that innovative spirit,” Khan said. “We achieved that with a brand refresh that users told us is ‘warm,’ ‘inviting,’ ‘modern’ and even ‘fun.’”
For the redesign, iConstituent chose the award-winning design and strategy firm AHG, which worked closely with iConstituent’s own creative staff. AHG worked to align the site with iConstituent’s values of dedication, drive and deep knowledge of government, and to link those values to how the company connects with its own customers online.
“The new website highlights iConstituent’s longtime commitment to providing proven, ground-breaking software—reflecting their leadership and expertise as a civic tech pioneer,” said designer Serina Patterson. “It showcases how the iConstituent team goes above and beyond in delivering outstanding support and service to legislators, staffers, managers, and other customers across the country."
iConstituent’s brand refresh also comes as it recently released a per-user pricing model that saves most government offices thousands of dollars per year.
