After 3 years of research Ideal.com, the online job marketplace for sales professionals, released their findings today after an exhaustive study of sales performance. Led by Head Data Scientist Ji-A Min, MASc, the study reviewed data on thousands of top performing sales executives to determine what personal traits correlated with sales success.
