Mr. Livingston is an experienced programmer and web developer and the owner and founder of Geekly Group, LLC, a web and social media consortium specializing in business web and social media technology. Mr. Livingston has been involved with the electronic discovery industry since the year 2000. His practice with iDS focuses on IP theft, source code analysis, social media discovery, and data analytics.

Mr. Livingston advises law firms and corporations surrounding the implementation and use of e-Discovery, web and cloud-based technology. He has lectured at the Masters Conference, LegalTech New York, and LegalTech West, and has been published in The Data Security and Privacy Law Journal and The New Jersey Law Journal. Recently, Mr. Livingston was featured on Legal Talk Network, discussing “Social Media E-Discovery: Keeping On and Keeping Up”.

Previous to his work in e-Discovery, Mr. Livingston was a software test engineer and developer at Microsoft.
