Mr. Regard’s first panel, at 3:45pm on Feb. 4, and sponsored by HP, is entitled “Jumpstart Your Information Governance Strategy by Taking Control of Dark Data.” Joining Mr. Regard will be U.S. Magistrate Judge Craig Shaffer of Colorado, Bradley Ellis of Scripps Health, and Robert D. Owen of Sutherland, as they discuss how lack of control on “dark data” can result in accidental data spoliation, longer timeframes, and the potential for increased collection, processing, and review costs.
