Effective February 1, 2016, Leonard Fox has been named vice president of operations for Integrated Manufacturing & Assembly, a leading automotive seating systems supplier. IMA has six manufacturing locations throughout the U.S. In this position, Fox will be responsible for overall successful operations of all IMA plants.

Fox brings nearly 20 years of plant management and operations experience. Fox began his career with Lear Corporation where he held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility. He joined IMA in 2011 and has consistently delivered accelerated growth and increased efficiencies for the joint venture under his leadership.

Fox earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne.
