Miniter Group implements enterprise call center software to enhance customer service experience.

Today, Miniter Group announced that it has implemented a new enterprise call center software to enhance its borrower-centric service. This new software's benefits include a specialized call handling for borrowers and brokers, enhanced lender compliance reporting, and quality assurance call recording. The system is designed to support up to 300 agents.

Michelle Austin, SVP of Lender Services at Miniter Group commented earlier today:
