Pacific Prime Clients with InterGlobal to see Lower Health Insurance Premiums in 2014
(PRWEB) November 08, 2013 -- Pacific Prime clients with InterGlobal will be starting the new year on a positive note as the international insurer's UltraCare plan will be seeing several new improvements in January 2014. Benefits will be expanded, limits will be increased, health insurance premiums will raise by a modest amount, and for some clients, premiums will decrease.
InterGlobal specializes in providing international private medical insurance for expatriate and high-end clients around the world. For its international clients, individuals or families, the company offers the UltraCare plan, which is available in four levels: Standard, Select, Comprehensive and Elite.
Although the general industry benchmark for annual increases in health insurance premiums is 10%, in January 2014, the UltraCare Select plan will be seeing a remarkable premium decrease of 15%. Moreover, the Standard and Comprehensive plans will see increases of only 5%. The Plus and Elite levels for the Ultracare plan, which will merge into the new Elite level, will see an adjustment of 10%. These remarkable premium adjustments are a rarity in the industry, especially when the plan's range of cover continues to improve as well.
InterGlobal has also increased the overall limits on the UltraCare plan, expanding levels of cover for out-patient treatment and improving provisions for the treatment of cancer. The overall limit on the Standard plan will increase from an annual maximum of US $850,000 to US $1,500,000. The Select plan limit increased from US $1,275,000 to US $2,500,000. The Comprehensive plan limit will increase from US $1,700,000 to US$4,000,000, and the Elite plan annual limit will increase from US $3,400,000 to US $5,000,000.
All UltraCare plans are also much more comprehensive than before. The lifetime limit for chronic condition maintenance on out-patients plans will increase from US $68,000 to US $75,000 on the Select plan. On the Comprehensive level, the limit will increase from US $85,000 to US $150,000, and on the Elite level, the limit will increase from US $102,000 to US $300,000.
