Le French Book Recognized International Thriller Writers Publisher
New York, New York (PRWEB) November 25, 2014 -- Mystery and thriller publisher Le French Book has set out to bring top French mystery and thriller writers to a wider audience with English translations. The publisher just announced that it is now a recognized International Thriller Writers (ITW) publisher, which qualifies its authors for membership to this group. ITW is an honorary society of authors, who write books on such subjects as murder mysteries, detective stories, suspense, horror, supernatural, action, espionage, true crime, war, adventure, and much more. Co-founded by Gayle Lynds and David Morrel, the group's co-presidents are currently Lee Child and M.J. Rose.
"We're excited to participate in ITW," says Anne Trager, founder of Le French Book. "Our goal has always been to build bridges, and this recognition is another way to do so. Our authors are all well-known, successful authors in France, and this will give them an opportunity to network with other thriller writers from around the world and to promote the genre. As a publisher, we look forward to promoting more international connections to develop the genre."
ITW’s mission is “To bestow recognition and promote the thriller genre at an innovative and superior level for and through our Active members; to provide opportunities for mentoring, education and collegiality among thriller authors and industry professionals; and to grant awards for excellence in the thriller genre.”
Le French Book is encouraging its authors to become active members. These authors include:
