Online Marketing and SEO Training Class for Small Businesses Announced by California's Bay Area Search Engine Academy
Livermore, CA (PRWEB) February 23, 2015 -- The Bay Area Search Engine Academy, an online marketing and SEO training company, has now opened registration for their upcoming Internet marketing workshop for small businesses, which will be held from March 23-24 in the San Francisco Bay Area. The workshop is specifically designed for small business owners who want to learn how to market their businesses online using the search engines.
Thomas Petty, president and trainer, said, "Most small business owners have a hard time figuring out what's the simplest and most effective way to generate business online. There's so much information and misinformation, it makes it difficult to decipher and put into a plan that will work for them."
Petty added that the two-day Hands-On Workshop (HOW), which teaches the five most important and effective methods of getting found online, can be supplemented with an optional third day at their Internet Marketing Retreat. During the retreat, business owners will work directly on their own websites and build a plan for the entire year to generate more traffic, leads and sales for themselves.
He said, "We teach the five fundamental steps that all businesses should use to get found online by their customers, who are already looking for them." These include:
- Easy search engine optimization of the website - to get found for free clicks on the search engines like Google and Bing
- Content creation ideas that keep bringing new customers back for more
- Syndication of the content by using social media channels, which attracts more customers
- Top-of-mind marketing with e-mail that engages their customers when they're ready to buy
- Optional paid placement strategies that attract new leads and bring them into their system
"The HOW program gives business owners the step-by-step, and the Internet Marketing Retreat ties it all together for the business owner because they work on their own website right in class," Petty added.
The HOW program is March 23-24, 2015, in Dublin, California, about 30 miles east of San Francisco. The training center is two blocks away from the West Dublin BART station, making it easy for commuters to get to. The Internet Marketing Retreat is Wednesday, March 25, at the same location. Lunch and all materials are included in the tuition.
Those interested in participating can register online by going to http://www.bayareasearchengineacademy.org/dates. Space is limited, and registration will be closed when the class is full.
Mini WordPress SEO Makeover Contest Closing Friday
