InventHelp, founded in 1984 in Pittsburgh, is working to submit the Safety 2 to companies for their consideration.

Are you looking for a way to increase safety and comfort for your child while riding in the car? Then you need the SAFETY 2.

The SAFETY 2 provides a comfortable means of supporting a child’s head in a car seat. In doing so, it eliminates uncomfortable head and neck “bobbing” or strain and it allows children to rest or sleep comfortably in the car. As a result, it increases safety for babies and toddlers and it could help prevent neck injury. The SAFETY 2 is ideal for children age 5 and younger. Additionally, it is producible in design variations and it provides added peace of mind for parents.

The inventors, from Los Angeles, Calif., described their inspiration for the invention. “We invented this to prevent head and neck injury and to increase a child’s safety while riding in a car.”

The original design was submitted to the Los Angeles office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
